Across all our apps, we follow these principles:

We collect only what is necessary to provide the app's features
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or device identifiers
We do not use cookies or cross-app tracking
Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your payment details

Our Apps

DrawIQ — Australian Lottery Statistics

When you create an account in DrawIQ, we collect:

Email address — for account creation and login via AWS Cognito
User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account
Subscription status — free or premium, to unlock the relevant features

Lottery draw data in the app is sourced from publicly available historical records and contains no personal information.

For entertainment and statistical analysis only. DrawIQ does not predict or guarantee lottery results and is not affiliated with any official lottery operator.

Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored using AWS Cognito and AWS DynamoDB in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. AWS holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications.

Third-Party Services

AWS Cognito — account authentication (AWS Privacy Policy)
Apple App Store / Google Play Store — subscription payment processing

We do not use any advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Data Retention

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the email below — we will action it within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
